
Ingredients A:
Butter : 250g
Icing sugar : 100g
Ingredients B:
Plain flour : 250g
Corn flour : 60g
Cocoa powder : 25g
Ingredients C:
Sliced almond : 125g
Method :
1) Mix well Ingredients A
2) Add in Ingredients B, mix well to form dough
3) Add in Ingredients C, mix well
4) Place dough on plastic sheet, roll into spiral or square shape
5) Leave in the fridge to form a hard dough
6) Slice into thin slice, place onto baking tray
7) Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 20 – 25 min
